HIHIHI !!
I have finally updated the LAF dates.
Get your LAF form from me :D (Asyiqin)
Do REMEMBER that your LAF FORM CANNOT BE HANDED IN AFTER TWO WEEKS OF THE DATE YOU ARE ABSENT. I have started this last Tuesday (3/11).The previous LAF dates (month of August and September and October )are still able to be handed in by NEXT FRIDAY!
So do kindly hand it to me.
Things to note :
Parents letter for being sick ->Max 5
(BEST to hand in emcee if you are unwell)
Expiry date of LAF form ->two weeks after your date of absence
LAF forms that has TUITION and CONSULTATIONS are NOT accepted.
