I just got something serious to say.

I won't bother about any comments about anyone or maybe I myself, but I just want you all to know that the committees, are really trying our very best to get everyone together, but somehow, I don't get 100% Attention. What is CHOIR? Choir is to stay as one, sing as one, but I don't see any of this point. The committees are really trying our very best to be a good committee, but all we really need is 2 words, DISCIPLINE & RESPECT.

Discipline; You can ask yourself, have your discipline been good all these while as compared to last year? May I know, after the Secondary 4s passed out, how many of you, in your heart, DID put in effort to bring up the whole choir with the Committees? The committees are not asking for alot, we just need your cooperation. We Need The Whole Choir to help out to bring up the whole choir, do you all want to see choir's standard drop? None of us want it, seriously. So why aren't you all putting in initiative or maybe put yourself INTO our shoes and see whats happening? The very VERY basic, keep quiet, stop fidgeting, why can't you all do it? May I even know WHY when Jielin and I are scolding, we can even get people at the back laughing? Why? The simple sentence, you all don't respect us as your LEADERS.

I want every single one of you that is reading this post to ask yourself in your heart:
Do you really appreciate every single thing that the committee have done for you all, the Swiss Choir? Have you really thought of how much time and effort we've put in?

All the committees ever need is Respect, why can't you all do it?
Standing straight, keeping quiet, no fidgeting, correct attire for every choir rehearsal, isn't something that difficult to do, isn't it? Why can't you all just obey and make our life easier?

I really hope that after typing all these maybe craps to you or maybe it would be a blog post that would make sense to you, it is for you to decide, we can't force you, we can't do anything, but it all depends on you. Every Single One of you makes a difference to the choir, so it's up to you to be the one that brings down the choir, or the one to be standing with the committees and bring up the whole choir.
