Hello, choir.
I'm here to post on what I feel for the first cip
and as the first duty I take up as a chairman.
Being a chairman is not an easy job, as a chairman, i have to take care of the choir along with the committee,
and at the same time, be a good role model. I feel that I'm still not doing enough.
I still can't take up big responsibilities, i didn't take good care of you all and also not a very good role model.
But afterall, I still wish to get everyone's cooperation, and respect.
I will try my best to be a good chairman in every single member's eyes.
If there's anything I did that you're unhappy, I hope that you'll speak out your mind privately and I'll make sure that I'll improve on that.

The first cip is quite a successful one after 3 months, i hope that everyone can have the kind of attitude for every session.
I'm really glad that it didn't turn out as bad as how i imagined it to be :}
